Laura Scaffidi, is our Beachbody Coach. She holds a BS in Exercise Sport and Health Education from Radford University. She is an avid athlete who has won numerous awards in basketball including 2nd team ALL Central Virginia Basketball. Laura is applying her sports and health background as a Certified NCCPT Personal Trainer, in addition to chairing the Wellness Committee for Synter Resource Group.
David Limerick, Life Coach and Financial Coach is the author of “Getting There.” Dave has been a minister and advisor for over twenty three years. He served 17 years as an Evangelist and Pastor and traveled extensively around the world ministering in bible schools, churches and crusades. He has been an entrepreneur for over 20 years and owns a successful financial services practice designed to help others implement strategies to achieve both their personal and professional objectives. David received his BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management & Marketing from Mississippi State University and completed his pastoral studies at Rhema Bible College. David is an avid singer/song writer and had his first CD released in 2003. His book, “Getting There” is the culmination of his life work to help others fulfill their personal and professional aspirations with sound strategies, uncompromising principles and consistent guidance.
Josh Lipps is our certified Health and Fitness Coach. He is a former Marine and graduate of the National Academy Of Sports Science. He is also a member of the International Sports Science Association, Premier Personal Training Solutions and Apex Nutrition. His goal is to motivate our clients to realize and achieve their fitness goals using scientifically proven methods of training. Specialty Services include: Weight loss, muscle gain, corrective exercise, special populations and group training. Josh will tailor a complete program for organizations, teams or individuals.
His services include Onsite – Corporate Fitness to increase employee productivity, improve mental alertness, build team work and camaraderie amongst employees. The results include decrease sick time caused by low back pain, depression, sprains and reduced health care costs.
