How we’re different

Financial Division

PSA Financial has been serving the financial services industry for over 25 years. Our services and support programs have all been created to help advisors and managers build their practices and teams.

The Levelbreaker System, evolved by work hand-in-hand with Top Advisors, Leadership and some of the best resources in the Personal Development Industry.

We plug into your team and act as an extension of your team!

As we worked with individual and groups we could see the challenges for Advisors who had a really tough job. Literally they start as a one person band, responsible for sales, marketing, operations, finance, and administration. The education requirements were daunting. The focus was on production more than practice building.

Today, it’s even more challenging with internet marketing and social media. In most cases the issue has become one of focus, time utilization and competency.

As a result of working with Advisors and Leaders we embarked on a mission to make a significant change to the recruiting and onboarding process.

We reviewed the best programs and methodology from the industry and decided to create the Levelbreaker System to build their Ideal Practice & Business. The open architecture enables Advisors to accelerate and tailor their implementation strategy. The LB System includes: Life/Personal Strategic Planning, The Practice Optimization Process, Strategic Business & Marketing Program with Roadmaps to guide and secure results.

The Level Breaker System is the first system that provides a total end-to-end solution from vision to implementation. The LB System is the culmination of 30 plus years working hand-in-hand with top advisors and many of the world’s leading authorities on human development including Stephen Covey, Brian Tracy, Tony Alessandra and Thomas Leonard.

The Levelbreaker System was developed for new or experienced coaches, Sales Management or for Advisors building their team and practice.

The first step is to meet for discussion and alignment. The next is to complete the Practice Optimization Discovery Process.

Much like a computer diagnostic the Practice Optimization Process is designed to quickly identify and pinpoint the issues and bottlenecks inhibiting performance, whether they be people, process or systems. In other words, we help you eliminate the obstacles by first identifying the bottlenecks.
