Taking Flight with DISC

The Taking Flight with DISC training program is the most comprehensive and impactful DISC training experience for individuals and teams to improve communications, team effectiveness and collaboration. This is not your typical DISC session. The Taking Flight with DISC program breathes new life into the tried and true DISC model. Introduced by Merrick Rosenberg in his book, Taking Flight! He identified the greatest challenge in training - retention. He understood that participants were often challenged to remember the DISC letters and their association to individual characteristics.
