The Level Breaker Coaching System was born out of decades of firsthand experience leading high-performance teams, managing national sales operations, and juggling life with a young family. It's built by leaders, for leaders who demand clarity, structure, and tools that actually work in the real world.

Our Origins: Built with Purpose

After years as a sales professional and leader climbing the corporate ladder to the VP of Sales position, I reached a crossroads. My three kids were growing fast, and I was missing it. That was the turning point when I left the corporate world to start Performance Systems & Associates, Inc.

I partnered with Brian Tracy. I became certified in Stephen Covey’s 7 Habits program, and started my relationship with behavioral expert and legend Dr. Tony Alessandra. I immersed myself in learning from the best. It was the 7 Habits program that provided me with the process for re-engineering and designing my life and priorities. The powerful moment was when we had to write our own eulogies. It helped me crystallize my purpose and mission to help my clients architect the life and business they wanted and could be proud of.
