LevelBreaker Coaching

The Level Breaker Coaching System was developed by working hand-in-hand with TOP Achievers, Leaders and Personal Development Experts whose primary objective and desire is to help individuals and teams achieve their goals and objectives. As a former Vice President of Sales, Field Sales Manager and Sales Account Executive I understood the responsibility and challenges at each level. As a Vice President with national responsibility I learned how difficult it is to balance your personal life and meet the ever present demands of performance and management. This finally came to a head when my (3) children reached the ages of nine, eight and three. I realized that without making a life change I wouldn’t be able to participate in their development so I decided it was time to make the change and started Performance Systems & Associates, Inc.

After purchasing a Brian Tracy franchise, I then became a facilitator of the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People program by Stephen Covey . I worked along side Tony Alessandra , a world leader and author in behavioral science. The idea of building a System for Life and Business came to a head during the Covey certification process when I participated ,with 25 other professionals, completing the infamous funeral scene where we were asked to write our own euologies from the perspective of our most important relationships and how we impacted their lives. It was a very emotional experience, as I witnessed a couple of dozen people aged 30 -55 reflecting and a few crying, as they wrote their own euologies. It was a profound experience which helped me define my purpose and mission as a coach and facilitator. I knew that I needed to create a methodology that would facilitate this process of building a personalized approach to life achievement.

The Levelbreaker Coaching System came together as a by-product of many years of focus, implementation experiences and training. It is now available for individuals, coaches, management, and business owners to facilitate the creation of their own personal goal achievement system for building their ideal lives, companies and teams. The Levelbreaker Coaching System includes hundreds of tools, the process and support to build your personal success system, start a coaching practice or simply to take your business and lifestyle to the Next Level.

Each client engagement is personalized using the LB Intake process. The modular intake process is easily customized for on-boarding a new client or employee. You select the templates and questions to customize and personalize your selection, on-boarding or coaching process. The System includes templates for both Personal/Life Coaching and Business Coaching.

The LevelBreaker Coaching System includes 7 modules. (each one is self-contained and integrated)

1. Personal Strategic Planning - this module provides you with a complete goal achievement/transformation system including the tools and process for creating your own or a clients Life-plan. It includes the tools and process to create a Personal Vision, Purpose and a Goal Plan. You have the tools for creating a vision, mission or purpose with a goals program to organize, prioritize and track the implementation. In addition, you have dozens of re-inforcement tools to create the new habits for achieving the desired changes. These include mind mapping, affirmations and visualization tools.

2. Strategic Business Marketing Plan - this module includes the tools and processes (roadmaps) to build or refine a Business Plan and Marketing Strategy. It includes tools for creating an Ideal Client Profile, Identifying Centers of Influence and Developing your Unique Value Statements for each target market and much much more.

3. Sales Optimization process tools enable you to look under the hood and review the key systems, practices and personnel. The resulting SOAR report can be customized in a variety of ways. It can include: The Business Assessment, Behavior and Motivation Assessments, the 5 Disciplines Analysis, and/or Individual and Group Competency Assessments. The SOAR report helps you identify any bottlenecks impacting or inhibiting performance.

4. Strategic Alignment - Design Review - like a master builder you finalize your blueprint and put all the pieces together. You review your options, identify obstacles and create strategies to address them.

5. The Implementation Plan is your accountability system created as a by-product of the Business Assessment to enable you to create a detailed action plan, establish metrics, assign accountabilities, track timelines and budgets.

6. The Accountability & Reporting toolkit includes accountability tools for tracking the key activities, based on user defined metrics (options include daily, weekly, monthly).

7. Continuous Learning and Development - at the heart of the Levelbreaker System is Personalized Development which can be tailored to each individual.

Level Breaker Coaching can be implemented either One-on-One or in a Business Builder Group format. Other training modules can be integrated including: The Client Focused Advisor ©, The Magnetic Referral Program©, Presentation Magic© and Developing Strategic Partnerships©
