It includes individual and team assessments and interviews with key stakeholders to learn about your company, your vision, mission and goals. We listen and learn about the challenges and your current strategies. Our focus is to identify and address any issues impacting performance.
Job Modeling and Sales Assessments - we use these tools to establish job models for each position to identify the strengths and weaknesses, individual preferences and development requirements for each professional. Our SOAR Assessment includes (4) integrated components for measuring individuals and a teams competencies, culture compatibility and potential for success. Reporting options include team and JOB Fit comparisons for any role, Selection reports that compare candidates with recommendations.
Sales Process Development - the Developing Strategic Partnership program and methodology integrates consultative selling, strategic selling and behavioral selling. It enables you to build an accurate and effective opportunity management system (funnel) that will increase the probability of winning, optimize your resources and increase profitability.
