Dr. Andrew R. Candreva, PhD. has personally designed and developed over 300 leadership, team development and sales educational programs and delivering them to over 50,000 professionals in 72 countries on five continents.  He has helped corporations design, build and manage corporate universities. He has conducted over 100 focus groups with senior management and executives both domestically and internationally by helping them create or refine their strategic direction/vision , develop their strategies and the tactical plans for execution. He has coached, mentored, and assisted hundreds of C-level executives with their ongoing professional development. 

Dr. Candreva has built a reputation for designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions with the highest level of quality, focusing on individual productivity, team performance and company profitability. He gained international notoriety as a leader in developing or enhancing corporate cultures to meet their vision and strategic objectives.

He has serves on many boards and associations and his expertise is consistently sought after by many of today’s business leaders. He built ARCON International to provide professional services around the globe with personalized, customized, integrated solutions for organizational development, marketing, education and training. 

Prior to ARCON, he spent two decades in global technology positions as a salesperson, Sales Manager, Director and Senior Executive. He has built, directed and led sales, marketing, professional services, project management, training and engineering organizations for McDonnell Douglas, Cable & Wireless, Sterling Software, NYNEX and Sprint. He has also held Sr. Level executive positions for Dimension Data as a GM responsible for a $360M Division, Sr. Executive for Motorola with the responsibility for The America’s Business Operations, COO for Visual Electronics and Chief People Officer for Astadia. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Computer Sciences, a Master’s in International Business and a PhD in Adult Education.
