The Levelbreaker System was created by Paul Scaffidi after a successful career in sales moving up the corporate ladder as a Account Executive, Sales Manager, Regional Manager, Area Vice President and Vice President of Sales for Telenet Communications, the #1 data communications company in the world, at that time.
He knows the challenges of meeting company expectations and family obligations, the stressors and impact of moving and constant change. It came to a head so he decided to plan his way out of the corporate space so he could coach his young family of three which he did did as a Little league coach, POP Warner Coach and Basketball Coach.
As an entrepreneur he learned what its like to not have any structure and limited, reliable resources.
He learned from Stephen Covey that its a lot about priorities and time utilization, so you can’t spend your time on non productive things so you need to either eliminate, delegate or use other resources to accelerate progress.
A key to your success is to create the right habits. The tools and strategies included in the Levelbreaker library have been developed working with hand in hand with many high performance Executives and Business Owners and other training companies including Wilson Learning, Brian Tracy International, Tony Alessandra and Stephen Covey, who greatly influenced my personal transition from Corporate Executive to Small Business Owner.
What I learned in each position from Sales Executive to VP is that a fast start is very important. I also learned that trying to implement different systems, concurrently, rarely works.
It’s a nightmare for both users and management. It’s time consuming, frustrating and drains credibility. I always tried to simplify and create a system that enables you to scale you business or practice.
